Comfort Suites Paradise Island Check-in Policy: Each guest checking in is required to leave either a credit card imprint or a $50.00 per person cash deposit to cover security deposit. A $100.00 per day hold is taken from the credit card if guest chooses to leave their account open for charging privilege (incidental charges). Any unused portion of the cash deposit will be refunded upon check-out. All guests sharing a room must be 21 years of age or older, with the exception of families with children, and must show proper ID upon request. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Maximum occupancy per room is 4 pax.
Aquaventure Check-in Policy: A valid government issued photo I.D. is required to redeem complimentary wristbands for Aquaventure water park at Atlantis, Paradise Island. Please note that complimentary use of Atlantis facilities including Aquaventure waterpark is only available from official check-in time at 3pm on day of arrival to official check out time at 11am on day of departure.
